ENTC credible sources inside Addis Ababa are reporting that Capt. Desta Zeru, Vice President
and head of Flight Operations of Ethiopian Airlines has resigned. The reason behind the
resignation is still unclear but speculations are in high gear that it is related to the recent events
caused by co-pilot Hailemedhin Abera. Our sources inside the airline are also revealing that
there are a handful of pilots that have been grounded and their licenses were suspended. We
are following up the story and will inform Ethiopians as further details are received on ENTC
radio. It is obvious that the TPLF-EPRDF regime is determined to destroy Ethiopian national
interests and all Ethiopians should fight this regime.
