Iyob Tessema joined us live to talk about accomplishing his 20 year goal of running in 50 marathons by age 50.
The LA Marathon will be Iyob’s 52nd Marathon. He achieved his goal this past December. Iyob has been recognized by the LA County Board of Supervisors, Mayor Eric Garcetti & the LA City Council. Iyob has ran the LA Marathon for almost 26 consecutive years.
