The Ethiopian Diasporas : Come and Cheer Up Miss Ethiopia USA at the Strathmore Music Center , North Bethesda

Miss Ethiopia USA 2014, Meron Wudneh has garnered 886,288 Votes to win the “People’s Princess “award for the 2014 Miss Africa USA which will be held in North Bethesda this evening. She has been working hard the last several years by being a model and also a contestant in various local and international beauty pageants including the Miss Top Model of the World Pageant that was held in El Gouna, Red Sea, Egypt. She has cat-walked wearing the best African attires by well known fashion designers including that of Hewan Design by Hewan Deneke.

The last three months, she has been fully engaged in promoting her Platform as well as her NGO known as “Kids First “by giving interviews on TV and Radio Shows including VOA and ESAT as well as “meeting and greeting “ supporters and friends sponsored by Babylon Futbol Café in Falls Church, Virginia and Maraki Restaurant and Sport Bar in Washington DC. This week she presented an award to the President of Namibia and also ushered some of the guests who attended the historic US-Africa Leaders Summit at the National Press Club including meeting the African-American Civil Rights Leader the honorable Jessie Jackson.

Meron needs the support of the Diasporas and the Miss Africa USA pageant Founder and CEO, Lady Kate Atabong Njeuma, should be encouraged to continue her effort to enable African girls to shine the spotlight on Africa, tell their stories to the world, inspire one another, build self esteem and feel beautiful inside and out. Be part of history, as history already has been made by the United States of America President Barack Obama and 50 African Leaders who gathered in Washington DC to outline their future relationship and the 9th Miss Africa USA pageant is part of that history as it is held within the same week.

ETHIOPIAN DIASPORAS COME AND BE PART OF THAT HISTORY !!!!
